With the Coronavirus still restricting social interaction, I have moved my support to an online platform.
There is no need to put up with pain and discomfort in these extraordinary days. There are a number of ways to help.

Virtual treatments

I will give you individually tailored advice, exercises and stretches specific to your situation.  A full history and assessment will be taken via an online platform, after which a PDF of your session will be emailed to you with your treatment plan.

Stretch classes

A live 30 minute Stretch class made specifically to get your body warm, energised and moving freely using a variety of different techniques such as active isolated, dynamic, static and fascia stretches.

Stretch and meditation class

A live 30 minute class specifically tailored to calm the mind and body in preparation for a restful sleep.  Gentle movements are incorporated into a relaxing meditative class.
